Privacy Policy

We collect only what you share — parent name, WhatsApp number, email, child age, city. We never sell your data. We use it to reach out about your trial and send the curriculum you opted into.

What we store

• Contact information you submit via forms
• Session attendance for enrolled children
• Photos and videos you allow us to capture (opt-in per session)

Your rights

You can ask us to delete everything we have by WhatsApping +91 7202999989 or emailing hello@wholebrainkids.in. We respond within 48 hours.

Third parties

We use HubSpot for form intake, WhatsApp Business for messaging, and Google Analytics for anonymous traffic measurement. None of these partners receive your child's identity.
