WholeBrainKids is an early childhood enrichment program operated by CodeKik Technologies. Enrolling means you agree to the following.

Refund policy

The ₹99 trial is fully refundable if your child does not settle in across both trial sessions — just WhatsApp us within 48 hours of the second session.

Monthly plans: unused prorated sessions are refundable within the first 2 weeks of the plan. Quarterly and annual plans: 50% refundable within the first 30 days, non-refundable after.

Attendance

Missed online sessions are backed up by the recording. Missed offline sessions can be rescheduled up to 2 times per month with 24-hour notice.

Safety & consent

You authorise us to administer play activities using age-safe materials. You authorise photos/videos for internal progress tracking; external use (Instagram, website) is opt-in per session.
